x264 rev2044+598 patched build [ win, x86 & x64, tMod & tMod+10bit/MixAQ/OreAQ) ]

Remove  automatically level patch, which does the same thing as force-level patch. Add skip bit depth filter to let x264 skip bit depth conversion when the input and output bit depth are same, e.g. 10bit input to 10-bit x264.

Use win32thread and fprofiled:
